  • Payment information— details needed to invoice you and take payment for services (we do not store full card details).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary, with:

  • The cleaner or cleaning team assigned to your booking, so they can carry out the service.
  • Trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website hosting, email delivery and (where used) analytics providers. These providers act only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Professional advisers, payment processors and, where required by law, regulators or law enforcement.

International transfers
